Athena Manoukian ist eine griechisch-armenische Sängerin und Liedermacherin. Sie begann ihre Karriere 2007, als sie eine Talentshow im griechischen Fernsehen beitrat und gewann. Im Jahr 2008 nahm sie mit dem Lied «To Fili Tis Aphroditis» an der griechischen Auswahl für den Eurovisions-Junior-Wettbewerb teil und belegte den 7.

Seit 2011 hat sie 4 Singles veröffentlicht, ihr bekanntestes ist «XO», das ein Riesenerfolg wurde.

Im Jahr 2017 schrieb sie das Lied «Palia Mou Agapi» für die Eurovisionssiegerin von 2005 Helena Paparizou, was ihr eine Platin-Scheibe einbrachte.

Sie gewann die neu gestartete Auswahl Depi Evratesil 2020 und wird Armenien beim Eurovision Song Contest 2020 in Rotterdam mit dem Song Chains On You vertreten.

Chains on You ist der armenische Beitrag zum Eurovision Song Contest 2020, aufgeführt von Athena Manoukian. Er wird im zweiten Halbfinale aufgeführt.
